We will achieve together CDD First Job - Junior Product Owner We will achieve together Within the Customer Relations Department, you will join the Customer Projects Office, which manages all projects and developments of the department's IT systems. Your main mission will be to contribute to the evolution of the Commercial Information System by gathering business needs, translating them into functionalities, and participating in the improvement of processes and customer journeys. Your energy in service of a sustainable Genève As part of your role, you will notably be in charge of: Collaborating with business teams to understand their functional and technical needs Contributing to the automation of low-value-added tasks and the development of customer self-service, notably by integrating AI into business processes and customer journeys Carrying, with the support of the team, the voice of the business within an agile organization Translating business needs into functionalities, specifications, and user stories, and writing functional documentation Participating in the structuring of the roadmap for product developments necessary for the improvement and reliability of business processes Your personality and your skills You possess a strong analytical capacity and a pronounced taste for problem-solving. Your interpersonal skills and your ability to work independently while cultivating a team spirit are essential assets. Curious, structured, and endowed with a good sense of initiative, you manifest a marked interest in public services and the energy and/or commercial sector. On the technical level, you possess a good understanding of how enterprise information systems function and an initial knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.) as well as project management. Your academic background University Master's or EPF, ideally in one of the following fields: industrial engineering, computer science, management sciences, information systems, project management, or a training deemed equivalent. The salary will be calculated on the basis of a reference annual salary distributed over thirteen salaries, depending on your diploma: Bachelor: CHF 75'000.-- gross (100% base) distributed over thirteen salaries. Master: CHF 78’000.-- gross (100% base) distributed over thirteen salaries.
