YOUR MISSION ###

• Advising and supporting our customers on all insurance matters - by telephone and directly at the counter
• You process contract changes independently and efficiently
• You schedule advisory appointments by telephone for our insurance and pension advisors - with a sense for coordination and acquisition
• You support internal departments with administrative tasks, particularly in contract management
• Flexibility is required: You are prepared to step in as a substitute in other Groupe Mutuel agencies if needed

• German is your mother tongue and you have very good French skills, which enable you to communicate confidently in spoken and written form

Your Experience and Education ####

• Experience in the insurance industry and/or in sales and customer consulting is an advantage
• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent training in customer service
• You possess the "Versicherungsvermittler VBV" certificate
