Polymechaniker 2-Schichtbetrieb

For our client, a leading and innovative Swiss company in the field of mechanical component processing with its headquarters in the Mittelland region, we are looking for a motivated and skilled person as a polymechanician in a 2-shift operation (m/w/d) 100% immediately or by agreement. Your area of responsibility: • CNC processing: Independent operation and monitoring of modern CNC processing centers • Optimization & setup: Setting up various production facilities as well as adapting, optimizing, and systematically managing CNC programs (controls: Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc). • Conventional production & assembly: Carrying out classic drilling and milling work as well as taking over varied pre- and final assemblies. • Logistics & ERP: Processing of goods incoming and outgoing, including correct labeling and booking in the SAP system. • Work model: Attractive 2-shift model with weekly alternation (early shift from 05:00 / late shift until 23:00). Qualifications Your profile: • Education: Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanician EFZ (or equivalent mechanical training) with in-depth, multi-year professional experience in machining. • Way of working: High quality awareness, reliability, and an independent, precise way of working characterize you. • Languages & IT: Very good German language skills (word and writing) as well as safe handling of MS-Office and ideally SAP.
