Tasks ##

The Swiss specialized center for the visually impaired in the professional environment, with sites in Basel (SIBU) and Lausanne (SRIHV), is part of the Fondation Erlenhof. Visually impaired people learn at SIBU and SRIHV to use individually adapted aids effectively, the key to any professional perspective. Our clients are the cantonal AI offices.

For our young dynamic team, we are looking for, starting from 1st January or by arrangement, a:

Your field of activity:

• As Finance Manager, you lead a small team of 3 employees
• You are a member of the SIBU - SRIHV management team and are in regular contact with the SIBU - SRIHV management, the CFO, and the head of services of the Fondation Erlenhof
• You are responsible for the management of finances and accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and the contact person for internal control (SIBU - SRIHV)
• For the consolidation by the Fondation Erlenhof, you prepare the monthly and annual accounts
• You supervise billing, debt collection, and payments and manage the subsidiary ledgers (customers, suppliers, fixed assets, stocks, salaries)
• You prepare the VAT returns
• In your function, you are also the contact person for infrastructure questions - you mainly assume a coordination role
• We also value your collaboration and expertise in the development of concepts, working groups, and projects

What you bring:

• CFC commercial apprentice diploma, as well as completed continuing education in the financial field (e.g., federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent, in-depth training in finance)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in preparing accounts (Swiss GAAP FER is an asset)
• Very good IT skills, especially Excel (indispensable)
• Ability to understand interrelationships
• Independent and precise way of working
