Our team of around 75 employees brings joy to life in the homes of our clients with great commitment in the municipalities of Bichelsee-Balterswil, Fischingen, Eschlikon, Münchwilen, Rickenbach, Sirnach and Wängi. A meaningful task that is fun. We are looking for a Healthcare Specialist FaGe for our deployment planning, workload 60 - 80%, immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks include: Organization of nursing assignments in Perigon; Telephone contact person for all stakeholder groups of Spitex Regio Tannzapfenland in the area of nursing and domestic care; Reception, advice and information for clients and their relatives; Cooperation and contact with general practitioners and hospitals; Administrative preparation of the first assignments for the employees; Ensuring the flow of information between management, division management nursing and help at home, team leaders, clients as well as employees; Various administrative tasks; 1 weekend planning / telephone on-call duty in the home office, in alternation with team colleagues (from 06.30 to max. 11.00). You bring: Experience in deployment planning in the Spitex environment; A warm, humorous and friendly basic attitude; Independent way of working and team player; Quality-conscious, networked thinking and acting; Patience and customer orientation in dealing with all stakeholder groups; High social competence, resilience and flexibility; Very good German skills in speaking and writing, any further foreign language is an advantage; Very good IT / MS Office skills; Readiness for various trainings and further education; Driver's license Cat. B.
