Cashier - Receptionist at 100% Your responsibilities: Guarantee a warm welcome to our customers, develop contact and ensure professional service towards our clientele. Cash registers: Ensure a fast checkout, with rigorous and attentive scanning of products. Ensure the filling, rotation and monitoring of products under your responsibility (stationery, professional clothing, candles), while ensuring their availability. Ensure the security of the checkout area and control the exit of goods in coordination with the managers. Reception: Answer the phone, transfer calls. Develop the existing clientele, process and respond to customer requests and complaints with kindness and professionalism. Provide information and ensure the follow-up of customer card requests, in collaboration with the customer service department. Perform and control the follow-up of transactions on the safe application, detect and correct errors. Transmit the daily accounts with supporting documents to the accounting department. Administrative management of gift vouchers, restau-clubs and cash differences. Your profile: CFC as a commercial employee, CFC as a retail manager, or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in reception and at the cash register.
