Your future begins here # A dedicated, interdisciplinary and international team awaits you with a lot of individual responsibility and creative freedom surrounding the further development of our cloud-based practice information system curaMED. Together with over 15 motivated team members, you will design digital solutions for medical practices and outpatient care centers. In a central interface function, you connect specialist departments, product management, development, and customers. In doing so, you analyze requirements from the market, daily practice routines, and regulatory requirements, design new functions and processes, and translate technical needs into actionable user stories and specifications for the development teams. Team spirit, mutual support, as well as an open feedback and error culture characterize our cooperation. • Conception, analysis, and specification of new functions and processes for our SaaS solution curaMED • Structuring and prioritizing requirements from customer needs, market requirements, and regulatory requirements • Active participation in the further development of curaMED and the digital daily practice routine of our customers • Moderation of workshops with customers and specialist departments to develop solution concepts • Close cooperation with product management, product owners, and development teams, as well as support for tests, acceptances, and introductions Your Skills • Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in business informatics, computer science, healthcare, or comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a Business Engineer, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer in the healthcare sector • Sound knowledge in the areas of business analysis, requirements engineering, and solution design, User Experience experience is an advantage • Experience with practice information systems and digital processes in healthcare, as well as sound knowledge of agile working models and in cooperation with development teams • Analytical mindset as well as strong customer, solution, and quality orientation • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance in exchange with various stakeholders • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as interest in AI for the analysis and optimization of requirements and processes • Very good German and very good English; other national languages are an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
