Your main missions will be as follows: Conduct the initial nutritional assessment of patients within the required timeframe Ensure personalized dietary follow-up according to identified needs Evaluate nutritional status and establish an appropriate diagnosis Determine nutritional needs and adapt management Implement nutritional interventions (oral, enteral, or parenteral nutrition) Adapt dietary recommendations based on pathology and patient preferences Evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional management Ensure traceability in patient files Holder of an ES or HES dietitian diploma Experience in individual consultation, ideally in a clinical or rehabilitation setting Experience or strong interest in the nutritional management of the elderly (multiple pathologies, malnutrition) Good command of French, both spoken and written, and ease with common IT tools Strong taste for working in an interdisciplinary team Sense of responsibility, organization, and priorities Dynamic, committed, and flexible personality, with a patient-oriented posture The opportunity to join a renowned clinic at the forefront of development A motivating activity in a pleasant working environment A corporate culture focused on excellence and the quality of human relations We pay great attention to the diversity of the life paths of our employees.
