Certified AI ANIMO Animator 50 to 100 % (M/F)

AI ANIMO. SA (Delémont, supported by the Promotion économique du Canton du Jura) installs "AI ANIMO Manufacture · Jura Swiss" experience spaces in hotels, spas, cultural venues, and companies in French-speaking Switzerland: an immersive armchair, an emotional artificial intelligence developed with the UTBM laboratories, and visitors who emerge surprised. We are looking for a versatile animator to bring one of these locations to life. A job that does not yet exist: you will be among the first certified AI ANIMO animators in Switzerland. YOUR DAILY LIFE • Welcome visitors and host sessions on the AI ANIMO armchair (experience, explanation, follow-up). • Prospect around the location to make it known: calls, visits, appointments with companies, schools, associations, wellness professionals. • Manage reservations, client files, and follow-ups in our CRM. • Maintain a daily logbook and a weekly meeting with the team. WHAT WE OFFER • Swiss law CDI, 50, 80 or 100 % depending on the location. • Fixed salary 4,000 CHF gross (100 % base) + 15 % of all activations collected at your location, 20 % beyond 8,000 CHF of activations per month. A good month: 6,200 CHF and more. • Annual bonus of one month's salary if objectives are met. • 5-day certifying training in Delémont, paid, at the start (September). • Evolution: your location grows, your occupancy rate and your variable pay grow with it. YOUR PROFILE • Comfortable with people, smiling, curious about technology. • Autonomous, organized, you enjoy both animating and picking up the phone to prospect. • Fluent French. Driver's license appreciated. • Experience in reception, animation, sales, hospitality, or mediation welcome. Motivated beginners accepted.
