Job Description Marketing & Training Assistant

Function:
The Marketing & Training Assistant is responsible for the organizational, administrative, and operational support of the Training, Marketing, and Trade Marketing areas. The function ensures professional processes and acts as a central interface between Sales, Marketing, customers, and external partners.

Main Tasks:
Training and Education Coordination

• Planning, organization, and coordination of training sessions, further education, and information events
• Looking after guests, customers, partners, and training participants at the Schenkon location
• Preparation of training rooms and ensuring the required infrastructure
• Administrative preparation and follow-up of training sessions
• Participant management and documentation
• Organization of catering and other services in connection with training sessions
• Support in the further development and optimization of training processes

Marketing & Trade Marketing

• Adaptation and administration of A4 flyers, A5 flyers and their coordination
• Support of marketing measures

Material and Shipping Coordination

• Administration and coordination of demonstration materials, exhibition objects, and rental equipment
• Organization of loans and returns
• Planning and coordination of shipping orders
• Ensuring the availability of training and sales brochures

Event and Function Organization

• Organization and coordination of smaller customer events, training sessions, and smaller events
• Support for internal team events and employee events

General Administration

• General administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in Schenkon (catering materials, coordination of cleaning, disposal, coordination of exhibition center…)

Competencies and Responsibility

• Independent organization and coordination of the assigned areas of responsibility
• Representation of the company towards guests, customers, and partners within the scope of task performance
