As an Embedded Tester / Test Automation Engineer in the Delivery Team Next Gen Bot, you will work together with our developers to ensure the continuous quality of our AI-based bot platform. What you can achieve • Together with developers, you ensure the continuous quality of our product up to application integration • You design and maintain sophisticated tests for our application up to application integration based on requirements and risks and document test specifications as well as results in the corresponding test management tools • You automate regression tests for APIs, web applications, and voicebot functionalities and continuously develop the existing test automation further • You test voice dialogues and voicebot functionalities, taking into account different languages, formulations, and customer situations • You analyze, reproduce, and document errors and accompany their resolution together with developers, also across teams • You support the triage and management of bugs in Jira and work with external teams and suppliers if necessary • You actively bring the customer perspective as well as usability and quality aspects into the team and engage in the Community of Practice of the Embedded Testers What you bring with you • Sound experience in software testing and in test automation in complex and distributed system landscapes • Experience with integration and regression tests as well as in testing interfaces to connected systems • Experience in testing AI-based applications or interest in new testing approaches for GenAI- and LLM-based systems • Experience with test automation as well as API, web, and voice testing; knowledge of STEP as an advantage • Experience in professional test management and in structured test documentation; knowledge of HP Quality Center as an advantage • Good technical understanding of REST services as well as of cloud and on-prem systems; knowledge of voicebot technologies as a plus • Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented way of working with high initiative as well as enjoyment of working in an international and interdisciplinary team • Very good German and English skills; knowledge of other national languages as an advantage
