For our residential team, we are looking for a motivated and upbeat personality as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ (m/w/d) 60-80% starting November 1, 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks * You accompany and support our residents in everyday residential life on topics such as household, health, social relationships, and leisure activities. * You undertake key person work and contribute your observations and ideas to the development planning. * You work interdisciplinarily with internal departments, parents, and other persons. * You document the progress professionally and write reports. * You help plan and design exciting modular leisure and development offers. What you bring with you * Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or a comparable qualification. * Interest in pedagogical and agogic issues. * Joy in working with adolescents and young adults. * An open, humorous, and responsible personality. * Good PC user skills as well as the ability to express yourself in writing.
