We are looking for a Nurse Anesthetist at 100% Key information about the position: Reference: CLS/RH/ / Type of contract: Intern at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday according to schedule, at the earliest 7:00 and at the latest 19:00 \+ day shift (7h-19h) and night shift (19h-7h) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop « Riponne » or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop « Beaulieu-Jomini ») Why do we need you? Following the departure of the holder, we wish to fill this position again in order to guarantee the continuity and quality of patient care in anesthesia. What will you be expected to do? Collaborate with different professionals to ensure the continuity and quality of patient care Implement expertise as a nurse specialized in anesthesia in various surgical and interventional medical specialties, in the operating block and in associated sectors Ensure patient care by providing autonomous nursing care in a logic of safety, efficiency and comfort Perform delegated medical acts and master the resulting technical gestures Collaborate with anesthesiologist doctors during pre-, peri- and post-anesthetic periods Use the computerized patient file and develop clinical evaluation Ensure structured and effective transmissions to doctors as well as care services With whom will you work? The anesthesia team brings together 15 nurse anesthetists, all experienced, motivated and pro-active, who put their expertise and enthusiasm at the service of patients, thus creating a professional and pleasant working environment. What do we expect from you? Essentials: Hold a HES degree in nursing or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and an EPD ES diploma as an expert in anesthesia care or a title deemed equivalent Have at least 5 years of professional practice in a similar function Mastery of care and monitoring of patients in anesthetic and surgical contexts Ability to quickly evaluate a clinical situation and react appropriately, especially in emergency situations Rigor in the application of hygiene, asepsis and safety rules Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to communicate in a clear and structured manner Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to complex clinical situations Your assets: Experience in different surgical or interventional medical specialties Interest in the continuous improvement of practices and quality of care Taste for the transmission of knowledge and the support of new collaborators, students and interns Why choose La Clinique de La Source?
