For the location in the Rapperswil region, we are looking for a: Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker EFZ 100% (2-shift) # Employment: 100% Location: Siebnen Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 05.08.2026 Your tasks • Setting up CNC machines and systems • Tool preparation, creation of the winding program and calibration • Developing possibilities to sustainably improve processes • Responsible for quality and adherence to deadlines • Active participation in rectifying errors and problems with the systems • General mechanical work on the systems Your profile • Technical basic training mandatory (such as mechanic, Produktionsmechaniker, Polymechaniker, ..) • Experience with small parts; ideally experience in the metal industry • Experience in the area of automated assembly processes and systems • Good to very good German skills • Analytical skills, strong sensitivity and resilient • Physically fit (partly standing work) What you can expect Modern workplace, international environment, collegial team and fair employment conditions.
