Your tasks
You fill a key position in the municipal administration and have an enormously diverse and varied area of responsibility. You support the Municipal Clerk wherever you and your skills are needed. In doing so, you are, among other things:

• Multitasking master: You organize elections and votes and are responsible for the hospitality sector in the municipality.
• Meeting and admin professional: You take minutes of the municipal assembly, run the fire department secretariat, and manage contracts and decrees.
• People person: You accompany our commercial apprentices as a committed vocational trainer. You manage burial, sealing, and testamentary affairs and support at the counter and telephone service.
• IT-savvy all-rounder: You are the contact person for everyday IT questions, support digitalization, and you maintain and update our website.

Your profile
You have completed commercial training and ideally have the Federal Diploma as a Bernese Municipal Specialist or are willing to complete the further training. With your Office skills and your interest in IT topics, you work in a solution-oriented and reliable manner. You are independent, think in networks, and have a sympathetic manner. Your heart beats for teamwork, but you can also shine solo.
