Due to internal further development, we are looking for reinforcement for our three-person Supply Chain Management team. At our location in Sempach, we produce around 250 different customer-specific sets and ensure their reliable supply as well as timely production. Tasks & Responsibilities Processing of customer inquiries and internal product inquiries (changes, variants, assembly of new sets) and creation of contracts for customer-specific sets Feasibility testing of new sets with regard to products and their composition Calculation of manufacturing costs in cooperation with production and determination of the selling price in cooperation with Sales & Marketing Creation of new sets and changes to existing sets. Ensuring correct master data maintenance as well as timely implementation in coordination with the relevant specialist departments Determination and analysis of material and goods requirements taking into account sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets Planning, controlling, and monitoring the timely procurement of materials and services in close cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholders Creation, coordination, and optimization of production plans to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely order processing Responsibility for inventory management and warehouse management Continuous analysis and optimization of processes along the supply chain to ensure delivery capability, efficiency, and profitability Close cooperation with the departments of Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Quality Management, Sales, and Marketing Professional Competencies Completed commercial training or comparable training/experience Organizational skill as well as, if applicable, experience in project management/coordination Proficient German as well as Swiss German and English skills desired Good Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge SCM knowledge is an advantage Personal Competencies Strong customer orientation as well as an open and appreciative communication style Enjoyment of teamwork, combined with a high degree of independence and personal responsibility Networked and analytical way of thinking with the competence to recognize complex relationships and develop holistic solutions High ability to maintain an overview and set priorities in a goal-oriented manner even with a large workload Structured way of working combined with very good organizational and coordination skills Our Offer We offer you a varied activity in which you can contribute your ideas and take on responsibility.
