At a 70% workload, the working time is distributed over four working days per week. Your new tasks • You take overall responsibility for the team (office) - technically, personally, and strategically - and develop it consistently • As part of the leadership team at the department level, you shape the future of the Train Control business unit and contribute impulses to the strategic orientation • You lead an interdisciplinary team of technology experts and software developers and develop them specifically • You recognize market trends, identify future customer needs, and derive new solutions and offers from them • You actively influence product developments (including ETCS, ZSI127, ZSL90, ATO) from a technical and economic perspective and work closely with product management • Together with your team, you initiate innovations such as new tools or simplified customer solutions in the engineering context • You are responsible for the further development of processes, methods, and tools (including automation) for efficient project execution Your talents and experiences • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Entrepreneurial mindset as well as initiative and passion for innovation • Assertive, reflective leadership personality who questions constructively and sets impulses • Completed technical studies (FH/ETH) or comparable, ideally supplemented by business administration further training • Solid understanding in the field of train control (e.g., ETCS/ERTMS, ZSI systems) • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams as well as in project work in a technical environment • Affinity for business development and economic issues • Very good German and English skills You benefit from • an open and flexible working culture at one of the leading companies in the field of mobility in Switzerland • a 40-hour week at a 100% workload • at least 5 weeks of vacation • a workplace at the pulse of railway technology • various employee discounts and further training opportunities • a hybrid working model: balanced work-life balance and more autonomy Our team and location Do you want information about our culture, our values, diversity, and other important topics?
