In this varied position, you will take responsibility for the company's digital presence and contribute to the further development of the online and social media presence with innovative ideas. You will actively shape digital communication and help to sustainably expand visibility and brand perception. Your main tasks include the management, maintenance, and further development of the company website, as well as the creation and optimization of web content. You will work on improving user-friendliness, support SEO measures, and coordinate technical adjustments with internal and external partners. Another focus of your activity lies in the area of social media. You will develop and implement creative content strategies, plan and publish posts on various platforms, and independently create high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content. In doing so, you will analyze the performance of the channels and derive suitable optimization measures. Furthermore, you will plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, manage online advertising measures, and support the further development of the brand and communication strategy. You will work closely with the management and various specialist departments and contribute your own ideas to the digital positioning of the company. For this challenge, you have training or several years of professional experience in the field of digital marketing, communication, media design, or a comparable environment. You bring practical experience in managing websites as well as in social media management and have sound knowledge of common marketing and content management tools. Ideally, you also have experience in the areas of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, as well as content creation for various digital channels. You work independently, creatively, and reliably, and convince through your structured way of working as well as your sense for current digital trends. Very good German skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
