What you move ### • During the absence of the Managing Director, you assume responsibility • The implementation of the defined strategy, the standards and guidelines • The entire operational business, from employee leadership to financial responsibility • The representation of the business to the outside, including local marketing What you bring ### • Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) • Specialization: Hotel/Tourism specialist school with federal diploma or a successfully completed basic training with federal certificate of proficiency and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector, G1-G3 • Professional experience: Leadership experience in gastronomy • Very good MS Office skills • A passion for the role of host.
