In this versatile specialist role, you strengthen our internal expertise, support our employees with demanding questions and actively further develop our examination processes.

What you can achieve with us
You examine applications and cost estimates for orthopaedic shoe supplies as well as orthopaedic and rehab technology aids.
You assess the requested supplies regarding appropriateness, simplicity, economic efficiency and tariff compliance.
You carry out technical preliminary examinations and decide which cases can be assessed internally and when an external specialist office should be consulted.
You clarify technical questions directly with service providers, therapists, doctors and other involved specialists.
You contribute your knowledge to the development and application of examination criteria, checklists and risk-based examination processes.
You support the employees and managers of the Sachleistungen department with complex technical questions and fundamental topics in these specialist areas.
Which skills are important to us
You have completed vocational training as an (Orthopaedic) Shoemaker EFZ, Specialist Orthopaedic Shoe Technology BP, Orthopedist EFZ, Specialist Rehab Technology BP or have a comparable training (e.g. Physiotherapist).
You bring several years of professional experience in at least one of these specialist areas.
You know the different supply possibilities and ideally already have knowledge of the corresponding tariff structures.
Knowledge in the social insurance sector, especially regarding assistive device benefits of the IV and AHV, is a plus. More decisive is your willingness to familiarize yourself with this subject area.
You analyze complex circumstances quickly, think economically and arrive at clear, technically justified recommendations.
You work carefully, in a structured and independent manner and like to take on responsibility.
Even in the event of differing interests, you represent your technical assessment clearly and in a solution-oriented manner.
You value the exchange with different professional groups and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment.
You are digitally savvy and quickly find your way around new systems and work instruments.
We are a bilingual company. Knowledge of the respective other official language is therefore a plus.

Working hours:
Annual working time (42 hours / week), possibility to work part-time as well as mobile, paid breaks
Vacation:
