For our client, an innovative company in cable manufacturing, we are looking for a committed and reliable machine operator for the extrusion area, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this position, you will take on a key role in the production of high-precision fiber optic cables. Your Tasks

• Machine Operation & Setup Processes: Independent setup, startup, and operation of extrusion systems according to work plans, recipes, and technical specifications.
• Material Provision: Independent preparation and conditioning of raw materials based on bills of materials.
• Process Monitoring & Quality: Seamless monitoring of production processes, execution and documentation of quality controls, as well as initiating corrective measures in case of deviations.
• Maintenance & Workplace Organization: Cleaning, care, and simple maintenance work on the systems as well as active participation in Lean Management and 5S standards.
• Shift Handover & Data Collection: Exact recording of production key figures and ensuring a smooth flow of information during shift handover.

• Experience: Practical experience in operating production or industrial systems, ideally in the field of extrusion or plastic/cable manufacturing.
• Technical Understanding: Good basic mechanical understanding, interest in complex manufacturing processes, and quick comprehension.
• Way of Working: Independent, exact, and quality-conscious way of working with high physical resilience.
• Personality: Cheerful, flexible, and reliable team personality.
• Languages & Shift Availability: Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as readiness to work in shift operation (up to a 4-shift model).
