Your tasks You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and ensure professional, individual care of the residents. You plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing measures according to current quality standards. You carry out preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures professionally. You promote the independence and quality of life of the residents and respond to their individual needs. You recognize changes in health status at an early stage and act safely and professionally even in emergency situations. You coordinate the exchange of information with doctors, relatives, health insurance companies, and other external specialist agencies. You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and actively contribute to a high quality of care. What you bring with you Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively helping to shape everyday nursing life. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. High social competence as well as empathy in dealing with elderly people. Very good German language skills in speaking and writing. Ideally knowledge of the RAI-LTCF system or the willingness to deepen this. Experience or interest in the areas of dementia and Palliative Care is an advantage.
