What you can achieve ###

• Leadership and further development of the Cost Accounting as well as Revenue and Tariff Controlling team with currently four employees
• Responsibility for cost center, cost unit, and profit center accounting according to REKOLE including monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring performance reports, REKOLE certifications, and audit examinations
• Further development of revenue and tariff controlling for sustainable revenue security in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Responsibility for tariff simulations as well as leading projects for the further development of controlling and tariff systems

What you bring with you ###

• University degree (Uni/FH) in BWL with a focus on accounting, controlling, or healthcare, ideally supplemented by further training in controlling
• Sound professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable environment as well as initial leadership experience
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially in the area of cost accounting, tariffs, and financial management
• Confident handling of SAP applications as well as very good knowledge of MS Excel and relevant analysis systems
• Analytical, structured, and responsible personality with strong communication and implementation skills as well as a high service orientation
