You promote quality of life, self-determination and social participation according to the individual needs and goals of the residents. You take on key worker duties and work together with relatives, legal representatives and specialist agencies. You actively support the nursing staff in the nursing process and take on basic care activities. You plan, coordinate and document care processes professionally. Together with the team, you design a varied and need-oriented everyday living environment. YOUR PROFILE Training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Specialist in Social Work FH, Specialist in Care EFZ or a comparable qualification.
