To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Technical Designer

Your daily role

You receive requests transmitted by the project manager and analyze the client brief to identify technical and aesthetic constraints. Using AutoCAD and Inventor, you produce 3D technical drawings for packaging and window decorations, determining dimensions, tolerances, and assemblies.

You verify the technical feasibility of each project based on the materials and manufacturing processes of subcontractors, and integrate eco-design principles into your plans. When a request is not feasible as is, you propose the necessary adjustments and exchange directly with the client to refine and validate technical aspects, while keeping the project manager informed of progress and blocking points.

You ensure the production follow-up of prototypes and series, establish quality standards, check the conformity of prototypes and samples with the technical file, and adjust plans according to client feedback.

Training

CFC in cabinetmaking, carpentry, or industrial draftsman-constructor.

Technical skills

Mastery of CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and good knowledge of materials and assembly (wood, rigid cardboard, leather, metal, textile). Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization constraints, mastery of dimensioning and technical tolerances. Ability to read and interpret a client specification. Basic knowledge of project management is a plus.

Desired profile

Rigorous and precise, you have a sense of aesthetics and a sensitivity for the luxury sector. Your good client relations and listening skills allow you to reformulate needs accurately. Autonomous, you are proactive on a technical level, appreciate teamwork with several interlocutors (project manager, client, suppliers), and know how to manage stress and deadlines. You are open to international travel.
