Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the maintenance and optimization of the internal control system (ICS) on planning, methodological, and organizational levels • Define ICS requirements regarding operational processes with financial implications and coordinate them with operational process management • Support the implementation of ICS control instruments and procedures and monitor their application • Support the executive committee and management areas as a second line of defense through procedures, organizational processes, and modeling tools • Assume the role of interlocutor for all questions from the administrative unit and external services relating to the ICS • Accomplish special tasks in the field of controlling and risk management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher professional education in the field of finance and accounting or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in financial management and process management, in-depth knowledge of the ICS • Knowledge of project and process management as well as agile methods; ideally, experience in using modeling tools (e.g., Innovator or Bpanda) • Good knowledge of SAP financial modules and the Confederation's modeling methodology (MMB) • Good analytical and conceptualization skills, autonomy, and team spirit • Proficiency in two official languages <br /> In a few words Assuming a key role at both the strategic and practical levels, you will implement an ICS that an entire administrative unit will trust.
