Clerk Building Permit Procedures and Common Land Management 50 % (fixed-term) These are your tasks: Organization and support of the municipal building permit procedure Processing and coordination of applications in the area of common land management Preparation of building decisions and drafting of statements Ensuring a correct procedural flow as well as maintenance of professional documentation Management of small and cultural poster advertising as well as control of uses and rentals Support and accompaniment of the updating of village models What you bring to this: Completed commercial training EFZ or comparable training Professional experience in the construction, planning, or administration sector is an advantage Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT user skills Independent, reliable, and structured way of working Responsible, resilient, and service-oriented personality Enjoyment of working with various specialist departments We offer: A varied and responsible activity with high autonomy An exciting field of tasks in a motivated team Attractive employment conditions in a public environment with a modern workplace Your salary classification: You can find your salary classification under AN5.
