Your mission

As part of our concierge service, you will ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of three buildings of the group (including one with two entrances). You will ensure the general good condition of the buildings and collaborate with the technician.

You will also participate in various maintenance, upkeep, and logistics tasks for the group's needs, as part of a multi-skilled and varied role.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of common areas and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure the cleanliness and general good condition of the buildings and their installations.
• Perform small routine maintenance work and necessary one-off interventions.
• Report anomalies and ensure the follow-up of intervention needs with the technician.
• Participate in various maintenance, logistics, and operational support tasks for the group, as needed.

Your profile

• Experience in concierge services, building maintenance, or a similar role.
• Multi-skilled, autonomous, organized, and reliable person.
• Practical sense, initiative, and ability to manage varied tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills, discretion, and sense of responsibility.
• Driver's license mandatory
