Butcher Seller CDI 100%

The position consists of serving customers in our 2 butcheries in Lausanne Tasks to be performed/Missions : • Welcoming customers, counter service, cuts and cooking advice • Taking orders/ cash register • Preparation of homemade products: aspics, skewers, breaded slices, stuffed tomatoes etc. • Maintenance of the butchery, cleaning, washing up • Catering service, festivals according to schedules Desired profile (training, diplomas, skills) : • CFC / AFP in cooking or equivalent training • Relevant experience in SALES in butchery • Motivation to learn and to evolve across several positions & missions • Flexibility and versatility Level of training : • CFC / AFP or justifiable relevant experience Languages required and/or desired : • Perfect command of French • Other languages a plus Possible requirements: • Driver's license a plus Type of contract : • Hourly contract to start with flexibility on various missions • Opportunity to convert to a fixed contract CDD or CDI depending on performance and opportunities Start date : • Flexible between immediately and beginning of October at the latest Working hours : • Flexible Place of work : • Lausanne Application method: email or application link, postal mail, telephone • By email: s.losey@bouche-rit.ch • ou directly 079 678 80 89 (but please avoid spamming me)
