Joinery Workshop Manager 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the joinery workshop, including production planning, resource allocation, and deadline monitoring
• Mentor and motivate a team of skilled joiners, ensuring that quality and safety standards are respected
• Collaborate closely with the design department to interpret project plans and specifications
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure that the workshop is clean, organized, and safe

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in joinery or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of several years as a joiner or in a supervisory role in the joinery industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods used in custom joinery
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with clients
