Your tasks:

• Preparation and plating of fresh dishes
• Responsibility for mise en place at the respectively assigned station
• Co-responsibility for smooth processes in the kitchen
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Support with daily menu planning and goods ordering
• Careful handling of food and kitchen equipment

Our requirements:

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or corresponding professional experience
• Passion for cooking and an eye for detail
• Independent, clean and structured way of working
• Teamwork skills and resilience even in hectic situations
• Well-groomed and clean appearance
• Good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
