Personal, Finanzen & Digitale Entwicklung is responsible as a service center for the resources of the Präsidialdirektion and the implementation of the municipal digital strategy (Digital Stadt Bern). What you move You are responsible for city-wide governance for digitalization, data, artificial intelligence and digital security You develop strategies, guidelines, standards and specifications for a secure, legally compliant and sustainable digital administration You ensure that regulatory requirements, data protection, information security and compliance requirements are appropriately taken into account You coordinate the further development of the municipal governance structures and ensure clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making paths You lead and coordinate the specialist committees in the area of digital security and governance You promote the security culture of the city of Bern through awareness, training and organizational measures You advise directorates and executives on strategic issues regarding governance, security, data and digitalization What you bring University degree (FH or university) in business informatics, informatics, business administration, law or a comparable subject Several years of professional and leadership experience in the areas of digitalization, governance, enterprise architecture, information security, risk management or organizational development Experience in dealing with complex organizations, political bodies or public administrations Strong conceptual and strategic skills as well as a good understanding of organizational contexts Enjoyment in shaping changes and winning people over for common goals Convincing appearance, negotiation skills and strong communication skills Your benefits in Bern For meaning & city life With us, you change something.
