Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, ranging from injection-molded parts and pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. What you can achieve:

• Compliance with specifications and guidelines according to internal regulations
• Inspection of delivered goods using the Babtec inspection software, according to the specifications in the inspection plan
• Supporting the team in goods receipt, at the ramp and in other areas to ensure a smooth process in MFG IGI
• Reporting errors in the processes
• Co-assessment of supplier quality
• Ensuring the storability of items through labeling, repacking etc.
• Guaranteeing a fast and clean way of working to minimize the lead times of the items
• Carrying out various forklift tasks

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a logistics specialist or in the mechanical field
• Proficient in handling the MS Office package, experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Physical fitness (goods weighing up to 15kg must be lifted and moved regularly)
• Experience in the field of procurement logistics and goods receipt
• Possession of a forklift license is a plus
