To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: F&B Supervisor 100% (w/m/i) Tasks What to expect Leadership of daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring a smooth process Responsibility for the team during your shifts and close cooperation with the Restaurant Manager and their deputy Assistance with employee planning using Mirus 3.0, creation of daily closings and ensuring quality and hygiene standards Conducting small training sessions to strengthen the team and implement operational guidelines You bring What you bring Completed training in gastronomy/hotel industry or a degree from a hotel school Professional experience in a comparable position and secure handling of Micros Symphonie Experience in upscale hotel operations and room service Fluent German and English skills, any additional foreign language is a plus Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a pronounced quality awareness Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, joy in employee leadership and a winning appearance What awaits you What we offer you – working where excellence is at home You can expect a varied task in a committed team and in a working environment that combines style, quality and well-being.
