Real estate accountant As part of the development of our activities and in order to strengthen an existing and very professional service, we are looking for un- an Accountant at 100 % General mission: Ensure, under the leadership of a department head, all accounting operations related to the company. Complementary missions: Preparation of year-end closings for managed properties Analyses and closings of heating/hot water statements, responding to various tenant requests related to statements Posting accounting entries (collection of rents …) and reconciliation of cash accounts Reconciliation of transitory accounts Management and payment of supplier invoices Informing owners (clients) regarding the status of their account Management of owner accounts in separate cash management Various correspondence Required profile: Accounting experience in a real estate agency indispensable, Experience in real estate management under Quorum, Commercial maturity, university license or training deemed equivalent, Very good organizational and operational skills, Perfect mastery of IT tools allowing for autonomous operation (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, INTERNET, QUORUM…), Perfect knowledge of the French language (spoken and written), Dynamic and motivated person, capable of quickly integrating into an existing team, Sense of teamwork, Ability to manage stressful situations, Swiss or valid permit. jpid657abfdjm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
