Your tasks in operational deployment • Taking over technical co-responsibility on the neurological ward and controlling the entire nursing diagnostic process directly at the patient. • Promoting and accompanying the team in everyday life through targeted coaching, technical training, and moderating case discussions. • Securing and continuously developing nursing quality and patient safety, taking into account modern standards. • Developing and adapting specialist guidelines in close, interprofessional cooperation with nursing experts and other professional groups. • Actively shaping optimized work processes according to modern organizational principles. Qualifications What you bring • A completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH, ideally supplemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or the willingness to complete it. • At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector, with experience in medicine or neurology being an advantage. • A professional, approachable demeanor and genuine joy in supporting colleagues in their development. • Communication talent and the ability to act at eye level in an interprofessional team. • Applications from talents with a diploma from an EU / EFTA state are explicitly welcome, provided that the SRK recognition is already available or the procedure for this has been initiated.
