This is what you can move. • As a train driver: you not only take the lead of the train, but also responsibility for safety and punctuality on the heavily trafficked rail network.- • During your journey, you are attentive and react quickly and correctly to signals, speed regulations, as well as unpredictable events.  • You act independently and are in contact with operations centers and control centers at all times. • In addition to driving and shunting the trains, checking the technical condition before and after taking over the vehicle is also part of your tasks. Your motivation is more important to us than the industry you come from. • You approach challenges calmly, make considered decisions even in stressful situations, and bring a willingness for shift work. • You are proficient in German (level C2) and bring beginner knowledge in French (level A1). • You have flawless color vision (no red-green deficiency) and have no entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register. • For the intensive and demanding training period, you bring a lot of personal responsibility and motivation and are ready to engage with different learning environments - from in-person classroom instruction to digital self-study.
