Electrical Design Engineer

Mission:

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems in industrial environments, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design the electrical infrastructure for industrial installations
• Develop electrical distribution networks and architectures
• Perform electrical calculations and sizing of installations
• Design and specify Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
• Produce, update, and maintain technical and engineering documentation
• Participate in design reviews and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable industrial standards, complete instrumentation systems from concept to detailed engineering

Profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification in electrical engineering or a related field
• 4 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering in industrial projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in electrical design (not limited to commissioning or maintenance activities)
• Solid knowledge of industrial electrical installations and electrical distribution systems
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other process industries is a major asset
• Ability to provide complete design packages, including calculations, electrical diagrams, specifications, and documentation
• Professional level in English required; German is a plus
