Your tasks: • Independent acquisition and execution of projects • Leading and promoting our team and junior staff • Planning of construction site organization and material use • Preparation of offers and construction settlements • Active customer care and expansion of your network Your profile: • Completion as Maler or Malerin EFZ • Further relevant training in the field of painting, e.g., Baustellenleiter/in, Projektleiter/in Farbe or similar qualifications • Strong flair for the creation of color concepts • Leadership skills and organizational talent • Passion for successful project implementation • Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation • Driving license of class B mandatorily required Interested?
