Packaging Development Engineer (a, 100%)

Your activities with us: • Development of packaging solutions from the quotation phase to the handover to serial production • Technical management of customer projects in close cooperation with the customer as well as internal departments, such as production, sales, laboratory, Quality and Regulatory Affairs • Central contact person for your assigned customer base for technical questions throughout the entire product lifecycle • Planning and implementation of process validations as well as operations or performance qualifications of the manufacturing processes (printing, laminating, rotary die-cutting, sealing, pouch manufacturing) • Evaluation and introduction of new materials, technologies and processes for the further development of our packaging solutions • Support for the production and quality departments in optimization projects, customer complaints and other technical issues • Support in the further development of quality management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Your future environment: With us, you will take on a versatile and responsible task in a growing company with an international orientation. What you bring with you: • Higher technical or scientific education (e.g. mechanical engineering, materials science, plastics, packaging or process engineering) • Good knowledge of packaging materials, packaging technologies and manufacturing processes, preferably in medical technology or in a regulated environment with an understanding of risk management and technical documentation • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and regulatory requirements of our product markets (e.g. MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 11607, Ph. Eur., REACH, EU 10/2011, PPWR) • Interest in technical challenges in the packaging area, especially in innovative and sustainable solutions • Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working with strong customer orientation • Business fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
