La Fondation Saphir, multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons weakened in their physical and psychic integrity during their life process.
In order to support our Hospitality and infrastructures service, we are looking for a:
Administrative employee Hospitality & infrastructures (F/M/D) in CDM 12 months - between 80% and 100%
As an administrative employee Hospitality & Infrastructures, you provide daily administrative support to the Management and the professionals of the sector. You work in close collaboration with the sector's teams, the Foundation's establishments, the support services as well as external partners. You contribute to the smooth running of administrative activities by ensuring the processing of requests, the various follow-ups as well as the updating of necessary information and documents. Your activity is versatile and evolving and allows you to intervene in different areas such as the information system, the technical service, telephony, the vehicle fleet, purchasing, contracts, investments and infrastructure projects. You join a team in which collaboration, mutual aid and autonomy occupy an important place. According to the needs of the service and the evolution of the organization, the assigned tasks may also evolve.
YOUR PATH - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or a training deemed equivalent, and you benefit from experience in the administrative field. You are comfortable in file management, administrative follow-up and transversal work with several services. Organized, rigorous and comfortable in priority management, you perfectly master common IT tools. Recognized for your excellent sense of contact, your dynamism and your spirit of collaboration, you like working in relation with different interlocutors.
