As a Metrology Technician 3D Programmer (all genders) with Zeiss competence, you ensure that every part meets our high precision requirements – and that quality is not just checked, but lived. Your area of responsibility includes: Programming, setting up and calibrating the 3D Zeiss coordinate measuring machine Creating, adapting and optimizing measurement programs Carrying out initial sampling, series and special inspections Inspection of components and assemblies for dimensional accuracy, form and position tolerances Analysis of measurement data as well as creation of measurement protocols and test reports Documentation of quality records in ERP and CAQ systems Supporting production with quality-relevant topics Carrying out process capability analyses and optimization of testing methods Training production employees on the 3D measuring machine Requirements: To be successful in this position, you possess the following qualifications and skills: Technical basic training (precision mechanic, toolmaker, machining mechanic, polymechanic) Experience with Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), ideally with the ZEISS CONTURA model and CALYPSO software, or with similar systems.
