Are you in training in the social field (ES, HES or equivalent) or hold a diploma in this field or are you ready to complete the training of a monitor? Do you have an interest in working in a residential setting and supporting people? Do you ideally possess a first experience in a home or with publics in situations of vulnerability? Do you have a good capacity for listening, empathy and a sense of responsibility? Are you able to work autonomously and manage varied and crisis situations? As part of a new integration measure with the DGEJ, DÉMARCHE is looking for its new project Avec Toît based in Clarens, two Social Monitors, CDI 10% on Sundays and on call The project consists of offering individualized support to about ten young adults of around 18 years old and a temporary accommodation solution in our residence in Clarens while waiting to find housing. A socio-educational team consisting of 2 social educators, one social assistant and one housing specialist supervise these young people.
