Our diverse logistics buildings and building technology systems are monitored and controlled by a central department at the Altishofen location. To support the various systems and process projects in this area, we are looking for you as a Junior Project Manager Building Technology (a) to strengthen the team.

Field of activity

• Planning, coordination and support of building technology projects
• Client representation for building technology in renovation and new construction projects
• Maintaining and managing the various building technology systems
• Identifying, testing and implementing optimization potential in building technology systems
• Monitoring the building technology systems in close cooperation with our own plant technology
• Recording and maintaining plant and building documentation
• Planning and monitoring maintenance processes as well as control and calibration work
• Monitoring the economic efficiency, value preservation and consumption indicators of the building technology systems

Requirement profile

• Enthusiasm for building technology
• Training in building technology (GA, electrical, heating or refrigeration)
• Further training as an engineer, technician HF or similar desirable
• Good eye for process relationships, networked, analytical thinking
• Very good IT user skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Team player
