This is how your job will be: You successfully develop and implement the short-, medium-, and long-term Cyber Security strategy of the Netrics Gruppe With your strategic skills, you maintain and strengthen the alliances with Microsoft and other technology partners You lead a multidisciplinary team of SOC analysts, security engineers, consultants, and sales managers on a personnel and professional level You ensure high service quality and are responsible for the entire service lifecycle from design to operation With your technical know-how, you work directly in demanding customer projects and in escalation cases You actively participate in customer acquisition, presales, and the creation of solution designs You achieve the set business plan goals in the areas of revenue, profit, and market share and sustainably position Netrics as a strategic security partner at decision-maker and specialist levels With your business focus, you manage budget planning, cost control, and margin optimization What you should bring: Professional: Several years of sound experience in the establishment and operation of Managed Security Services, especially SOC operation Very good knowledge of Microsoft security technologies such as MS Sentinel, MS Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud), MS Purview as well as outside the MS environment (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet) Experience in the conception and implementation of security architectures in hybrid and cloud environments (Azure, M365) Ability for hands-on technical collaboration, especially in complex projects or escalation situations Experience in the field of Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks) is an advantage Personal: Pronounced leadership qualities for mixed teams of senior and junior roles High entrepreneurial competence, combined with P&L responsibility experience Strong communication and presentation skills at C-level Ability for change management and for the internal positioning of new business units Negotiation skills with technology partners, customers, and internal stakeholders Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, good English skills What makes your dream job: Technically demanding environments with scope for design and collaboration at eye level You enjoy being on a speedboat and helping to determine the course You are part of the Netrics family, a young, motivated team in a high-energy environment Flexible and modern working conditions, cool benefits and personal development opportunities jpid01b5c19jm jit0729jm jiy26jm
