To strengthen our team in Zofingen, we are looking for a committed, reliable and responsible Specialist for Roof Service & Maintenance (80% - 100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Specialist for Roof Service & Maintenance (80% - 100%)
Your tasks
Carrying out roof inspections on flat roofs
Execution of maintenance and servicing work – specifically care of green roofs
Cleaning of roof surfaces and drainage systems
Identifying and rectifying minor damage and defects
Documentation of the work carried out and condition assessments
Support with repair and restoration work
Your profile
Basic vocational training in a manual trade, preferably as a roofer, waterproofing specialist, facade builder or in a related profession
Experience in the field of roof maintenance or building envelope is an advantage
Independent, reliable and careful way of working
Freedom from vertigo and enjoyment of working outdoors
Good German skills
Driving license category B mandatory
