Sociocultural animator at 75% on a fixed-term contract - La Boîte, La Chapelle-Les Sciers animation facility

• Participate in the development of an intercommunal sociocultural animation facility in the La Chapelle-Les Sciers neighborhood
• Assume responsibility for animation, socio-educational work, and free reception in a new space dedicated to adolescents
• Assist the team in all tasks specific to the opening and implementation of activities for the adolescent sector
• Supervise and guide the new team of monitors
• Actively participate in the development of the facility's activity program
• Participate in communication and the development of various documentation supports
• Assume field and management tasks related to the activities
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, HES level, or an equivalent university degree
• Experience in animation, openness to working primarily with adolescents
• Interest and skills in the fields of collective intervention, interest and experience in organizing participatory projects
• Recognized skills in project conceptualization and management, sense of initiative, versatility and creativity
• Ability and willingness to cooperate, to work in a team and in a network: animators, monitors, administrative and technical staff, volunteers, intervenors, out-of-home social workers and other FASe locations, municipality, neighborhood associations, etc.
• Sense of communication and social relations, collegial spirit and interpersonal skills
• Ability to share the workload, while knowing how to demonstrate autonomy, rigor and responsibility
• Ability to carry out activities in different locations (MQ and its annexes) and outdoors
• Ability to write and formulate texts, ability to synthesize
• Good knowledge of the Geneva social system and the functioning of the FASe, strong interest and experience in network work
• Sense of organization and planning, ability to manage priorities and emergencies
• Ability to use standard computer software
• Salary according to the Geneva State salary scale: maximum class 15
• Openness to flexible hours: evenings, weekends and the February and Easter school holidays

La Fondation genevoise pour l'animation socioculturelle is a partnership institution, funded by the Canton and municipalities, whose mission is to promote and maintain social cohesion in the Canton of Geneva, i.e., to ensure the quality of the relationship between individuals and society. Through field-based socio-educational, sociocultural and associative actions carried out by centers and out-of-home teams, the foundation responds to the needs of the population in terms of meeting, exchange, solidarity, citizenship, and quality of life, with the general objective of preventing social disengagement.
