Pflegefachperson HF / FH or FAGE EFZ as Deputy Head of Nursing Department JUA, 80 - 100 % This is how you will support us: You support the Head of Nursing Department in the technical and personnel leadership of the nursing team and represent them during absences You create the personnel deployment planning using Polypoint PEP in consultation with the Head of Nursing Department You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing (Bezugspflege), which includes professional and evidence-based care You take on daily responsibility and work in nursing care This is how you can convince us: You have completed training as a Dipl.
