To complete our Process Engineering team in Bienne, we are looking for a:

Process Engineer (F/H/X) 100%

Your mission ###

You are the technical referent during the industrialization of new products and processes. You ensure the transition between development and production by guaranteeing robust, high-performance processes that comply with the company's quality requirements.

Your responsibilities ###

• Define and develop manufacturing and assembly processes for new products.
• Lead industrialization phases up to production startup.
• Write technical documentation (instructions, procedures) and conduct FMEA risk analyses.
• Qualify and validate production means and processes according to IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Define workstations, equipment, and tooling necessary for assembly, and calculate production times.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects, including client meetings.
• Conduct continuous improvement actions (quality, performance, costs) and ensure reporting Workplace: 2504 Bienne (BE)

Your profile ###

• HES, EPF or equivalent Engineer in microtechnology, mechanics, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical industrial environment (microtechnology, precision mechanics, assembly).
• Proven experience in industrialization of new products and project management, in high-precision manufacturing/assembly processes and the validation of equipment and processes.
• Ability to bridge the gap between development, production, and clients, with clear communication to various interlocutors.
• Influential leadership: leading multidisciplinary project teams and mobilizing production teams without direct hierarchical links.
• Solution-oriented analytical mindset, comfortable with transmitting knowledge and training manufacturing teams on new processes.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills, with the management of several projects in parallel.
• Initiative and orientation towards continuous improvement.

Languages: Bilingual French/English (minimum B2), good knowledge of German is a real asset.
