Berne (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) What you can contribute • Analyze, design, and plan complex IT solutions for platforms and peripheral systems (sensors, weapon systems), taking into account security, network, and operational requirements • Define the security and network components necessary for the integration of technical systems, peripheral systems, and platform services into classified environments, and model and document information flows, data objects as well as specialized and technical interfaces • Develop, update, and evolve documentation relating to architecture, integration, and security throughout the platform life cycle, and assume overall architectural responsibility for the integrated systems • Ensure the technical coordination and steering of the teams responsible for the network, security, platform, and peripheral systems to guarantee the timely implementation of end-to-end integrations, while ensuring clarity of responsibilities • Perform technical reviews and guarantee the quality assurance of architecture and implementation work within all concerned teams • Analyze communication flows and protocols, and guarantee the technical compatibility of applications and platform services for their integration <br /> What makes you unique • University degree or from a specialized higher technical school in computer science or telecommunications, as well as experience and skills in the field of security, data protection, compliance, and governance requirements • Good knowledge of networks, particularly in the field of virtual private networks (VPN), firewalls, and IPSec technologies • Several years of experience in the architecture and integration of complex ICT systems, with in-depth knowledge of APIs, messaging architectures, event-oriented architectures, and information architectures, as well as a deep understanding of information flows, data models, and data objects in complex multi-vendor environments • Deep understanding of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust, Defense-in-Depth as well as inter-domain and zone concepts • Ability to consolidate technical requirements from different stakeholders within agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), as well as to technically lead interdisciplinary teams and guide them towards common goals • Good knowledge of at least a second official language and, ideally, passive knowledge of a third <br /> In a few words Join the Cyber command and actively participate in the digital transformation of the Swiss Army.
